A delicious & healthy update on the classic Waldorf salad! Nutrient-rich kale replaces the lettuce and an apple/walnut dressing stands in for the traditional mayonnaise base. Apple, celery and walnuts add both flavor and crunch to this upgraded southern classic.

Fresh spring mix topped with mango, blueberries, red onion, edamame, chopped peanuts and shaved Parrano cheese.
